So I recently re-watched the DC Animated movie titled “The Son of Batman” and I must say that these DC Animated movies are on a whole other level.
It’s like each and every one of them just hit!
After re-watching this movie I realized that I never actually blogged about it before so here we go!

So the overall premise of this movie was Damian Wayne meeting his father “Bruce” also known as “The Batman.”
While watching this movie, we learn that Ras Al Ghul was in the process of grooming his grandson to take over the League of Shadows.
While overseeing the leagues training, his son was killed and eventually he was killed as well. The main antagonist of this movie was Deathstroke and his crew.
Overall, I realized that the root cause of this anger that Deathstroke had was because Ras chose Bruce over him and ejected him out of the League.
Little did we know that Talia had drugged Batman and they engaged in a one-night-stand that yielded the birth of Damian.
After Ras Al Ghul’s death, Talia decided it was finally time for Damian to meet his actual father.
From that point on, the movie is completely action packed with a very intriguing storyline.
One of the biggest lessons I learned from this movie is that although you have people around you who want and wish the best for you, in the end it is up to you to determine which path you take in life.
In Damian’s case, he had to choose to continue life as an assassin or to begin anew as a hero.
