Anime Inspiration – Quote # 1
“If you don’t like your destiny, don’t accept it. Instead, have the courage to change it the way you want it to be!”
For me, this quote really hits home and sheds some light on a lot of situations that we may go through in our lives. Now I have learned over the years that in a lot of cases, we kind of have to just take what life throws at us and accept it. However, if you really look beyond the situation, you can see that we actually did have a choice in the matter.
Of course, it is totally up to you on whether or not you are willing to accept the consequences of that choice, but it is still a choice nonetheless.
I think the biggest takeaway that I get from this is that no matter what stereotype you may fit in, no matter where you come from, and no matter how things may seem in the present moment… you do not have to accept it! We all have the ability to change our life if we choose to.

Now growing up, there were many times that both girls and guys have told me that I was ugly. The crazy thing is… I believed them. Many times I would feel extremely bad about myself with a huge lack of confidence in my ability.
It was really a mental struggle going to school every day being told that I was ugly, having people make fun of my birthmark, and my appearance. However, as time went on, I began to realize that it is the actions that I take in my life which truly matter.
As long as I can put a smile on someone’s face, or bring some type of positivity in his or her lives then I am continuing to fulfill my purpose.

There are a lot of people in this world who truly do not understand or know why they are here. Sometimes it takes people well into their 40’s to figure out their purpose in life. In a lot of cases, once they figure out their purpose, they give up pursuing it before even starting the process because they feel it is too late.
I feel that if you do not have a reason for existing then you may not really be alive. There are a lot of live zombies walking the earth just waiting to be brought back to life. Do not become one of those Zombies, figure out what you want now and Go For It!

This quote is similar to the first quote. However, this quote deals with the action of actually changing your fate. Sometimes you have to defy all logic and fight against all odds to truly get what you want.
In the process of getting to your destination, you may lose some friends and loved ones just because they can’t see things the way you do. Even still, you must understand that once you reach your destination, no matter how long it takes, then they will finally understand why you had to suffer the way you did.

I think this one is pretty self-explanatory. No matter what it is that you do in life, you must work hard. But, there is one caveat. You also must have a mindset in which you believe that everything that you are doing is going to help you reach your destination.
If your belief falters in any way, it could set you back anywhere from 1 day to 6 months to even a year. So definitely do your best to stay focused!

Point Blank. I feel that when a person gives up on their dreams, a part of them dies. This is especially true if it is something that you really wanted. The hardest part, of course, is keeping the dream alive especially when everyone is telling you that you can’t do it.
When this happens, you must understand, the person who is telling you this is putting their limitations on you. In all truth, they don’t feel that they would be able to do what you are doing so they tell you that you can’t instead.
In a lot of cases, they think they are helping you by protecting you from the possibility of pain and disappointment in the future so a lot of them are doing it out of love. But, there are some people who do this because they genuinely do not want you to succeed. Just ignore those people, and prove them wrong!

I learned from watching the Matrix that in a lot of cases, my beliefs don’t require others to believe them as well. As long as I believe what I am doing is correct, it is not against the law, and its helping people to better themselves as well as their loved ones then I am content.
I think that the best thing we can do in life is help people get what they want while we pursue what we want.
How big of a mark do you want to leave on the world?
Figure that out, and govern your actions accordingly. Depending on whether you want to be positive or negative, the path differs greatly.
